Sara Cicolani is an Italian poet, considered by the critics and the public one of the best contemporary Italian poets. She's called the poet of love and peace and her words have a musicality that keeps the reader spellbound on the sheet. She "imprisons in the sheet the smell and the taste of our lives and send back the echo of so much beautiful poetry of Love " (A Veneziani, critical). Among her books of poems we can find "Mille Vite" in Ladri di Emozioni ( Bel Ami ), Le Parole del Cuore, Quasi una Storia d'amore and Life( DEd'A ). She won a Book Award by "the words of the heart" and was literally acclaimed by the audience, with what has been defined by the themselves organizers like "a cheer from the stadium". Many of her poems, for their musicality, have become lyrics for songs , including " solo per riabbracciare te, amore" (2013), 
La tua bellezza amore, Lascia che sia solo amore fra noi, Un giorno felice (2014) , Primavera, Robo um ultimo beijo  (2015) Peace (2017) . In 2012, thanks to the meeting with the writer, playwright, critic, translator, Hungarian theater director Gagyor Peter, her poems have been translated into the Hungarian language.Giacomo Dell'Orso, a great italian Maestro of movie music (with over 100 titles to his name), has composed  in 2014 and 2015 the music for some of her poems, that his wife Edda  Dell'Orso, famous singer of the soundtracks of Ennio Morricone, sang.
Her poems have been translated into several other languages ​​including Portuguese, South American, Hebrew, German, English , French, Polish , Slovak, Czech, Russian, Maltese language.

Sara Cicolani is very committed to spreading peace messages. Her book Life contains poems in 13 different languages and is designed to send a message of peace, love and life, and to understand that cultural, historical and language differences through poetry  can unite us in a beautiful bond that hovers
